FrogBasket is a next-generation digital palengke superapp that modernizes how Filipinos buy, sell, and deliver fresh market goods.
We connect buyers, verified market vendors, and riders into one seamless, real-time ecosystem.

How do I place an order?

Download the FrogBasket app, create an account, and browse vendors in your local market.
Add items to your cart, checkout, and track your delivery in real time—fresh goods delivered straight to your door.

Where is FrogBasket available?

We currently operate in select areas including Daraga and Legazpi, with nationwide expansion planned soon.

What are the delivery fees?

Delivery fees vary based on distance, rider availability, and vendor location.
You will always see the exact delivery fee before confirming your order—no hidden charges.

How fresh are the items?

All items come directly from verified market vendors.
Our system notifies vendors instantly so your goods are prepared and delivered as fresh as possible.

What if an item becomes unavailable?

If a vendor cannot fulfill an item, you will receive a prompt with options to:

  • Choose a replacement
  • Remove the item
  • Cancel that vendor’s portion of the order

You will never be charged for items that were not fulfilled.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before a vendor accepts or before a rider is assigned.
Once preparation or pickup begins, cancellations may no longer be allowed to protect vendors and riders.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are issued for:

  • Unavailable items
  • Wrong or incomplete items
  • Damaged or spoiled items
  • Valid cancellations according to policy

Refunds for digital payments (e.g., GCash) typically appear within 1–3 business days depending on your provider.

What if the rider delivers the wrong item?

Report the issue through the app within 24 hours and upload a photo if applicable.
Our team will review and issue a refund or replacement based on our verification process.

Are vendors verified?

Yes.
Every vendor undergoes identity and business verification before joining FrogBasket.
This may include government IDs, market stall validation, and business permits where applicable.

Are riders verified?

Absolutely.
Riders are screened and must submit required identification such as:

  • Driver’s License (for motorcycle riders)
  • Valid Government ID (for bicycle/e-bike riders)
  • OR/CR when applicable

Rider identity, safety, and performance are continuously monitored.

How do payments work?

We currently support:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • GCash

Additional payment options are coming soon.
All payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Is FrogBasket safe and secure?

Yes.
We use industry-standard security, encrypted communication, and strict role-based access to ensure your personal data and transactions are protected at all times.

How does FrogBasket use my data?

Your data is used solely for:

  • Processing orders
  • Assigning riders
  • Account and identity verification
  • Safety and fraud prevention
  • Improving the app experience

We do not sell your data.
Only essential information is shared with vendors and riders to complete deliveries.

Do riders see my personal information?

Riders only see:

  • Your delivery address
  • Your contact number (for communication related to the order)
  • Order details they need to complete the delivery

How can I become a rider?

Visit the Rider Signup page and complete the application form.
